We are seeing a lot of trends in the fitness industry in recent years that cross the lines of dance and fitness (barre method, Pilates, and other types of dance fusion classes). As a formerly certified Zumba instructor, I can confidently say that Zumba is an enjoyable, but intense cardio workout- I recommend Zumba as a great alternative to traditional exercise for those of you that are easily bored by running or other fitness routines. Speaking of hot trends- infographics are a great marketing tool- especially with consumers’ increasing use of photo apps, Pinterest, Facebook, and other social tools. Why?
